Reservation
– Our reception is open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
– Our facilities are not designed for children. If you come with one, it will be completely under your responsibility.
Check in and Check out
– Check in 3:00 p.m.
– Check Out: 11:00 p.m.
– If you come earlier we can store your luggage. Check Out is 11:00 a.m. and you can enjoy our common facilities.
– Please let us know if you wish to stay an extra night to check availability.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to check in or we will charge the equivalent of one night’s stay. If for any reason you decide to leave your stay without at least 24 hours notice, we will also have to charge you for an additional night.
Room key
if you lose our key please understand that we will charge your account $50,000 COP.
Our rules:
1. Food and alcohol: No food or beverages are allowed, if the rules are not followed we will be forced to make an additional charge at Check Out.
2. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, nor in spaces covered by the integrity of the facilities. Smoking is only allowed in the assigned areas. In case of smoking in unauthorized places we will charge a fine of $250.000 COP. Our roofs are made of highly combustible palm leaves.
3. Drugs: No guest may consume or carry any illegal substance.
4. Weapons: Wiji Island House is a place of peace and we do not accept weapons in any way.
5. Attitude and behavior: Our hotel is a place with a happy and inclusive atmosphere. We will not tolerate any kind of racism or homophobia. Any disrespect to our guests, staff members or neighbors will be assessed and may result in you having to leave the hotel without refund.
Any damage to the facilities will be charged to your account. We do not accept visits to our guests inside the facilities, only people who are staying at the hotel will be admitted.
6. Pets: At Wiji we love animals; we only ask for supervision at all times and respect for our facilities and guests. If necessary there will be extra charges to your account depending on the damages.
